{"id":53371,"date":"2026-04-06T18:42:45","date_gmt":"2026-04-06T21:42:45","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/quillota.cl\/municipalidad\/?p=53371"},"modified":"2026-04-06T18:42:45","modified_gmt":"2026-04-06T21:42:45","slug":"cementerio-municipal-de-quillota-inicia-su-horario-de-invierno","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/quillota.cl\/municipalidad\/cementerio-municipal-de-quillota-inicia-su-horario-de-invierno\/","title":{"rendered":"Cementerio Municipal de Quillota inicia su horario de invierno"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>La modificaci\u00f3n implica una disminuci\u00f3n al horario de verano por un tema de luz y seguridad para los visitantes y trabajadores.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A partir de este martes 7 de abril el Cementerio Municipal de Quillota, que se ubica en el Cerro Mayaca, iniciar\u00e1 su horario de invierno que limita su funcionamiento en visitas a patio hasta las 18:00 horas. Esto con el fin de resguardar la seguridad a los vecinos que llegan a visitar a sus seres queridos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Recordemos que este espacio f\u00fanebre que data con registros de sepultaci\u00f3n desde 1817, debe su origen oficial al gobierno de Ram\u00f3n Freire, lo que se concret\u00f3 a\u00f1os despu\u00e9s en 1831 con su fundaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Desde entonces se levantaron una capilla cat\u00f3lica, adem\u00e1s de distintos mausoleos y posterior cierre perimetral en una donaci\u00f3n de terrenos. Posteriormente, en 1896 se realiz\u00f3 la urbanizaci\u00f3n del terreno, para recibir de mejor manera a los visitantes. En los a\u00f1os siguientes se construyeron escaleras para llevar a los deudos al cerro Mayaca.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En 2014, una investigaci\u00f3n hist\u00f3rica de la historiadora Ana Mar\u00eda Ojeda y la arquitecta Patricia Sep\u00falveda constat\u00f3 que el libro de defunciones ten\u00eda registros desde 1815, por lo que esto lo convirti\u00f3 en el camposanto m\u00e1s antiguo de la \u00e9poca republicana de Chile, al superar al Cementerio General de Santiago de 1821.<\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-53373
