En el marco de la defensa de los derechos de los consumidores y con una apuesta por la innovaci\u00f3n, la Municipalidad de Quillota ha establecido nuevos acuerdos con el Servicio Nacional del Consumidor, Sernac.<\/p>\n
Este jueves, el alcalde Luis Mella recibi\u00f3 al director regional del Servicio Nacional del Consumidor, Sernac, Erick Orellana Jorquera, con el objetivo de coordinar un trabajo conjunto, orientado a fortalecer los derechos de los consumidores en la comuna.<\/p>\n
El alcalde destac\u00f3 la relevancia de establecer alianzas estrat\u00e9gicas con las autoridades regionales, para implementar iniciativas en beneficio de la comunidad. Entre estas se incluye un plan piloto enfocado en fiscalizar las pr\u00e1cticas del comercio local y capacitar a los ciudadanos sobre sus derechos como consumidores.<\/p>\n
\u201cEl objetivo final: que la gente, que el ciudadano de Quillota se sienta protegido cuando se transforma en consumidor, que sepa de las garant\u00edas. Que sepa qu\u00e9 hacer cuando se pase a llevar sus derechos y partiendo por sobre todo conocer cu\u00e1les son sus derechos\u201d, afirm\u00f3 el alcalde de Quillota Luis Mella tras la reuni\u00f3n, con el compromiso de educar a la ciudadan\u00eda sobre este tema.<\/p>\n
Este acuerdo marca el inicio de un proyecto colaborativo con Sernac, que se alinea con los principios de la gesti\u00f3n municipal de \u201cConstruir Bienestar\u201d.
