{"id":3713,"date":"2019-04-01T13:48:02","date_gmt":"2019-04-01T16:48:02","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.quillota.cl\/?p=3713"},"modified":"2019-04-01T13:48:02","modified_gmt":"2019-04-01T16:48:02","slug":"omil-organizo-importante-encuentro-por-la-equidad-laboral-de-mujeres-trabajadoras","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/quillota.cl\/municipalidad\/omil-organizo-importante-encuentro-por-la-equidad-laboral-de-mujeres-trabajadoras\/","title":{"rendered":"OMIL organiz\u00f3 importante encuentro por la equidad laboral de mujeres trabajadoras"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La jornada cont\u00f3 con capacitaciones desde SernamEG y \u00a0SENCE, como tambi\u00e9n el reconocimiento a dos mujeres trabajadoras destacadas. <\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El pasado viernes, se realiz\u00f3 el Encuentro empresarial \u201cEspacio Mujer\u201d, como parte del plan de trabajo a\u00f1o 2019 de la Oficina Municipal de Intermediaci\u00f3n Laboral, Omil, que busca sensibilizar a las empresas en la contrataci\u00f3n de mujeres, como en tem\u00e1ticas sobre equidad de g\u00e9nero en el contexto laboral. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En la oportunidad participaron alrededor de cinco representantes de empresas junto al gobernador Iv\u00e1n Cisterna, director de Dideco, Juan Rodr\u00edguez, profesional de Sernameg con su directora regi\u00f3n Valpara\u00edso, Mar\u00eda Ester Munnier, equipo Sence junto a su director Alejandro Villarroel; desde Omil equipo y encargado Francisco Marchant y equipo y usuarias del programa Mujeres Jefas de Hogar. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Desde SernagEG, Patricia Araya \u00a0expuso sobre el programa el \u00ab<strong>Sello Iguala-Conciliaci\u00f3n\u00bb<\/strong> que se certificaron sobre la <strong>Norma Chilena de Igualdad de G\u00e9nero NCH3262<\/strong>, por desarrollar pol\u00edticas de\u00a0buenas pr\u00e1cticas laborales con enfoque de g\u00e9nero\u00a0para fortalecer la inclusi\u00f3n, desarrollo y permanencia de mujeres en los espacios laborales<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Mientras que el director Sence Valpara\u00edso, Alejandro Villarroel, present\u00f3 la nueva modalidad de trabajo y oferta hacia las mujeres trabajadoras con capacitaciones on line, fomento de subsidios como complemento al sueldo, entre otras.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Finalmente y junto a todas las autoridades y participantes se hizo un reconocimiento a dos mujeres destacadas por su esfuerzo y dedicaci\u00f3n que las han llevado a lograr grandes metas en sus caminos desde que comenzaron a participar y capacitarse.
