La iniciativa cuenta con la colaboraci\u00f3n del CFT PUCV sede Quillota y las clases son dictadas en sus mismas dependencias.<\/p>\n<div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>El pasado martes, el proyecto marc\u00f3 un nuevo hito dado que los 26 dirigentes pudieron asistir a una clase de Municipio y Gobierno Local dictada por el mismo Alcalde. En la c\u00e1tedra, vecinos y vecinas pudieron conocer el funcionamiento de las herramientas y recursos p\u00fablicos a los cuales el municipio tiene acceso y entender c\u00f3mo se desenvuelven los diferentes \u00f3rganos del estado dentro de nuestra regi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Para el jefe comunal, el Instituto \u201c<i>no solo persigue hacer clases, significa que hay gente que se va a empoderar \u00a0en cada uno de los sectores \u00a0que \u00a0representan, en cada una de las localidad de donde provienen para que podamos sintonizarnos y trabajar en conjunto proyectos de intervenci\u00f3n comunal que son solicitados por sus propios asociados, por los vecinos y las vecinas<\/i>\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>La c\u00e1tedra estuvo enfocada en \u201c<i>las municipalidades, c\u00f3mo funcionan, el tema presupuestario, los planes de desarrollo comunal, pero tambi\u00e9n los desaf\u00edos que tenemos para los nuevos tiempos<\/i>\u201d, agreg\u00f3 el alcalde.<\/p>\n<p>Para los dirigentes esta ha sido una gran oportunidad de acceder a conocimientos y aprendizajes nuevos para ponerlos en pr\u00e1ctica en sus territorios. As\u00ed lo confirma Jos\u00e9 Reyes, presidente de la Junta de Vecinos de la poblaci\u00f3n Alfredo Rebolar 1, quien valor\u00f3 de gran manera la clase del alcalde Oscar Calder\u00f3n, se\u00f1alando que \u201c<i>nos est\u00e1n preparando para ser mejores dirigentes y qu\u00e9 mejor que el se\u00f1or alcalde haya asistido, as\u00ed que estamos s\u00faper contentos<\/i>\u201d.<span
